The adventure restaurant Schönbergalm is located at 1.350m and is starting point for the trips to Giant Ice Cave and Mammut Cave. Lodge on Krippenstein Mountain
The Krippenstein-Lodge, just steps from the cable car top station, is meeting point for hikers, families, winter sports enthusiasts and sun worshippers. At the Lodge accomodation and warm dishes (all day) are available. Rock-climbing and Via Ferrata-route instruction, a rock-climbing school and plenty of hiking features will keep you away from the sofa.

Dachsteinalm
The Dachsteinalm is located at the Gjaidalm - an alpine pasture area at the north eastern portion of the Dachstein plateau. As the cable car was constructed in the fifties and sixties, this mountain lodge became a popular destination for skiers and hikers. The mountain inn provides 21 rooms and 70 sleeping-places; a sauna and a masseuse provide de-stressing and relaxing moments. Leisure activities range from hiking, mountaineering and climbing to alpine horse-riding, archery and paragliding.

Dachsteinshop
The appealling Dachstein shop at the Schönbergalm-mid station offers more than only classical "alpine souvenirs", even if those items should not be missing. The friendly shop ladies will also inform you about special "Bibi Blocksberg" souvenirs. You will find DVD, books and T-Shirts. Various postcards (new: Media cards), umbrellas and clothing (suitable outside and inside the mountain) will also fit body and mind.
